  • The majority of these chapters originated as sermons given by a variety of speakers during Principal's Hour at Sydney Missionary and Bible College. As such many of the talks were delivered to an audience of ministers, church and pastoral care workers in training. Where possible, I have tried to ensure that the scope and relevance of the chapters has been broadened so that everyday Christians searching for a Christian approach to the subjects being addressed will find this book to be both accessible and relevant. The breadth of subjects being addressed within this book should certainly ensure that most people will find their eyes being drawn to at least one, if not several or all of the chapters!
    It has been a challenging process to turn some of these sermons into written chapters, however, we hope the end result is easy to read chapters with challenges designed to make the reader think. By addressing such a wide range of issues from a Biblical perspective it is my prayer and I'm sure that of every contributor, that this book will encourage you to look at the world through Jesus' eyes so that our thoughts, words and deeds reflect his love and concerns.
